QUESTION 2: Is there any other construction that I am responsible for?

ANSWER: We provide all materials to complete your project including footers, foundation, damp proofing, termite treatment, sill plates, gutters, steps, electrical, plumbing, heating and air, carpet and flooring installation. QUESTION 3: Are modular homes built like mobile homes?

ANSWER: Modular homes are built to the same code as traditional site built homes. We are held to the highest codes enforced by Wake County , the county in which you live and North Carolina. Mobile homes are built to the HUD code, a national code. The only similarity modulars have to mobile homes is that they are both built in a plant and are not exposed to the elements during construction. View our Models »
